- Added optimistic locking for workbasket update
- Adjusted WorkbasketDefinitionController
- Added tests in UpdateWorkbasketAccTest
- Added tests in WorkbasketControllerIntTest
- Changed ConcurrencyException HTTP-Status Code to CONFLICT (409)
